Who we are

This website is operated by Namma Spirits Private Limited (CIN U11011KA2026PTC215673), a company incorporated in India and registered in Karnataka (“La Santé”, “we”, “us”). We are the data fiduciary responsible for any personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

This site is an informational brand page. It has no shopping cart, account sign-up, newsletter or contact form, so we do not collect personal data such as your name, email or phone number through it.

Our hosting provider automatically generates standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Local storage, not a cookie

When you confirm you are of legal drinking age, your browser saves that choice in local storage, a small piece of storage on your own device, so you are not asked again on your next visit. If you choose a light or dark appearance, that choice is saved the same way. Neither is ever sent to us or to any third party.

Third-party services

This site serves its own typefaces and scripts, so loading it does not contact any font or script provider. Links to Instagram take you to a service run by Meta, which has its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels on this site.

Data retention

We do not hold personal data collected through this website, because none is collected. Any server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained only as long as that provider’s own standard operating policies require.

Your rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data through this website today, there is nothing on file for us to give you access to, correct or erase. If that changes, for example if we add a contact form or a newsletter, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live to explain what is collected and the rights available to you under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Age and minors

This site is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their state and is not directed at children.
